Charter Captain  Background Rich Milligan is a full time charter captain.  He  has fished extensively, both the offshore and inshore waters of the Gulf of Maine, Boston Harbor , Northeast canyons  and the Florida Keys. He specializes in big game  and canyon fishing. His clients enjoy trolling for giant blue fin, school tuna, sharks, and other pelagics.  Overnight  cod and haddock trips are also popular.  Striped bass and blue fishing trips are inshore target species. Captain Rich is the President of The Northeast Charterboat Captains Association, a membership of 127 charter captains from Maine to Boston.

Captain Glenn Bouchie grew up in Gloucester on “Portegee Hill”. During high school, he worked as a mate on the Yankee Fleet. He has fished extensively inshore & offshore in the Gulf of Maine. He was a commercial bass fisherman and is a commercial Tuna fisherman.   He is mandatory second  captain of the  The "Reel" Fish Tales for all overnight safaris, tournaments, & canyon trips. He and Capt Rich have fished together more than 15 years.   Capt Glenn’s grandfather was a harpoon fisherman on a schooner in the Gulf of Maine; Glenn is truly the “Gloucester Boy”.
